The method GOOD © is an operational process conceived by Wonderfud in the course of its experiences developed in the New markets.
The GOOD © methodology develops through four successive phases:
Goal – In the first phase an objective market is chosen together with the Italian entrepreneur and a specific profile of customers potentially interested to its product offer are selected through a Trade analysis.
One – In the second phase Wonderfud fixes business-to-business meetings with potential clients, on a one-to-one basis, held locally during trade missions that involve several producers so as to share the initial investment costs.
Operation – The third phase is characterized by activities that will lead to the conclusion of the commercial agreement between producer and buyer, to the marketing mix specification of the offer to the completion of the legal and administrative requisites.
Development – The fourth and final phase of the Process underlines Wonderfud’s strategy to pursue agreements of true Partnership between producer and importer/distributor, committing to work together to promote the Italian brand and improving its distribution.
